Cancellation and refunds
What happens if you cancel, and what happens if we do.
Sponsorships — deposits
Sponsorships may be paid in full, or as a 50% deposit with the balance due 90 days before the event (March 4, 2027).
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. It secures your stand and is not returned if you cancel, because the space is taken off the floor and off sale from the moment you take it.
If the balance is not paid by its due date we may release the stand and retain the deposit.
Sponsorships — cancelling
Cancel more than 90 days before the event and you owe the 50% deposit; anything paid above that is refunded.
Cancel within 90 days of the event and the full sponsorship fee remains payable, as the stand can no longer realistically be resold and it has been built into the floor plan and printed material.
A sponsorship may be transferred to another company with our agreement in writing.
Attendee passes
Advisor passes are refundable in full up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days they are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a colleague at the same company by writing to us before the event.
If we decline your application, you are refunded in full.
Add-on sponsorships
Add-ons follow the same terms as the sponsorship they are attached to. Once we have commissioned an item carrying your branding, that add-on is non-refundable.
If Jetcon cancels or postpones
If we cancel the event you receive a full refund of everything you have paid us, deposits included.
If we postpone, your booking moves to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund instead.
We are not responsible for travel or accommodation you booked separately.
