What we collect, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
When you register to attend we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, role and location, and the optional detail you give us about what you sell or source. When you take a sponsorship we collect your company details, a billing contact and the artwork you send for your stand.
Payment card details are never collected by or shown to Jetcon. Payments are handled by Stripe on their own hosted invoice pages.
Why we hold it
To confirm your place, to issue and settle invoices, to build the meeting timetable, to admit you at the door, and to send you the small number of operational emails the event requires.
Who else sees it
If you opt in when registering, your name, company and role may be shared with confirmed Jetcon sponsors so they can request a meeting with you. Your email address and phone number are not shared with sponsors. You can decline any meeting request.
The attendee app shows other attendees your name, company and role. It does not show your email address or phone number to anyone.
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for data storage and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data on our behalf to run this event. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Registration and sponsorship records are kept while they are needed to run the event and for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep records of a transaction.
Your choices
Write to info@thejetcon.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Marketing emails are opt-in and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Asking us to stop emailing you does not cancel your registration.
Questions about any of this: info@thejetcon.com.
