The event

Jetcon 2027 takes place on June 2, 2027 at Bell Works, Holmdel, New Jersey. Times, programme, speakers and floor layout may change.

Attendee passes

Advisor passes are reviewed by hand and are not confirmed until we approve the application and payment clears. We may decline an application. If we decline one you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

A pass admits one named person and is not transferable without our agreement in writing.

The meetings pass

The meetings pass is priced on the understanding that you take meetings. Jetcon exists because suppliers can rely on advisors turning up to a schedule, and a stand that is met with empty chairs costs that supplier real money.

If you hold a meetings pass you are expected to schedule at least five meetings. Holding the pass and scheduling fewer, or failing to attend a meeting you accepted without telling us, may put your participation in future Jetcon conferences in jeopardy.

Things come up on the day. Tell us and we will move or release the slot — a message costs nothing and a no-show costs a supplier an empty half hour. If you would rather not commit to meetings at all, take the all-access or afternoon pass instead.

Sponsorships and stands

A stand is reserved when you take it and is held for 12 days, which is the same window you have to settle the invoice. If the invoice is unpaid at the end of that window the hold lapses automatically and the space returns to the floor.

Placement is not guaranteed. We do our best to give you the placement you choose. As the floor is finalised some shifting may be necessary, and if it is we keep the integrity of the space you selected — same tier, same kind of position.

Bronze placements are allocated by Jetcon rather than chosen. Silver sponsorships are available on request.

AV, electricity and build-outs

Jetcon does not handle audiovisual, electricity or booth build-out services directly. These are managed exclusively by our approved providers, and sponsors are not permitted to bring their own external providers.

Custom build-outs are allowed only for Silver and Gold sponsors and must be coordinated through our official provider. Bronze sponsors are not permitted to do any custom build-outs. Electricity is not included with any booth package.

All such arrangements are made directly between you and the provider, who bills you separately. Jetcon has no involvement in pricing, payment or setup.

Artwork and conduct

You are responsible for having the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. We may decline material that is unlawful or inappropriate for the event.

We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the event.

Liability

Jetcon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel and accommodation costs, arising from changes to the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
